Strict No Refund Policy: All purchases made on this website are final and non-refundable.

1. Consulting Services & Digital Products

Due to the nature of our services (Consulting, Mentorship, Digital Courses, and Workshops), which are intangible and irrevocable, we do not offer refunds once the service has been purchased or accessed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree that no refunds will be processed under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase.
Inability to attend a scheduled workshop or live session (recordings may be provided at our discretion).
Dissatisfaction with market performance (Consulting is advisory; market risks are inherent).

2. Cancellation of Appointments

If you have booked a 1-on-1 consultation call:

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
No-Show: Failure to attend the call without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While our policy is strict, we review exceptional cases (such as double deduction of payment due to technical error) individually. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
